1. What Personal Information do you collect about me?

You have been invited to access this portal as a result of a Vodafone account manager setting up an account for you on our system.During that set up process, they will have entered the following information about you:

2. Last name

3. Email address

4. Company name

5. Contact phone number

This information is provided to the Vodafone account manager by your employer who has identified you as an authorized user of this Portal.

When you complete the registration process, you will select a new password which we will also store.

2. What do you use that Personal Information for?

1. Verify your identity when you return to the portal and want to log onto your account;

2. Contact you with any technical issues or outages that may occur on this portal and with your service;

3. Help solve any customer service issues that you may raise with us;

5. Do you disclosure my Personal Information to third-parties?

We may employ other Vodafone group companies to provide customer support services, and these companies shall have access to your personal information only to the extent that it is required to perform this task on our behalf under the terms of this privacy notice.

Vodafone may also disclose your persona information if required by applicable law, court order, privacy authority or any other statutory body or agency.

6. International transfer

Vodafone group companies may operate in countries outside the European Economic Area and to meet the adequacy requirements under EU data protection laws Vodafone shall only allow access to your personal information by these companies for the purposes described in this privacy notice on terms substantially in accordance with the European Union standard contractual clauses which provide a mechanism approved by the European Commission as offering adequate protection when transferring personal information outside the European Economic Area.
